Advertising with The Rugby Register

All advertisements submitted are accepted by Rugby Publications Ltd in good faith. Placing an order will signify acceptance of the terms and conditions laid out below.

• It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure conformity with the Trade Descriptions Act 1968, Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and Business Advertisements (Disclosure) Order 1977.
• Rugby Publications Ltd cannot take responsibility for the contents of advertisements or the services provided by the advertiser.
• Advertisement sizes and requirements are clearly laid out on the 'Placing an ad' pages. Rugby Publications Ltd cannot be held liable for print quality/appearance if an advertiser's own artwork is supplied and does not meet the requirements.
• Rugby Publications Ltd can produce an advertisement to the advertiser's specification, but responsibility for the final proofing (confirmation that everything is correct) lies with the advertiser. Rugby Publications Ltd cannot be held liable for misprints/incorrect information once the proof has been approved by the advertiser.
• Positioning of an advertisement within any publication cannot be guaranteed unless purchasing the front cover or back cover placement.
• Payment for advertisements must be made upfront and can be made by cash, card, bank transfer or cheque made payable to Rugby Publications Ltd.
• Prices shown will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Rugby Publications Ltd' VAT number is 948 3168 90.
